At Wasteless, we are helping supermarkets fight one of our planet’s most impactful sustainability and efficiency challenges — food waste. The Wasteless Solution aims to reduce food waste by dynamically pricing items with a shorter expiration date at their optimal price point, helping retailers and suppliers recapture the full value of their products. We’re looking for a passionate and open-minded Back-End developer willing to join our team of talented engineers and become a key player in the development of our web-based applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
Will work at our R&D offices in Tel Aviv, interacting closely with our CTO and team of highly talented engineers.
Build and enhance our suite of AI-centered products
Qualifications and Skills:
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field
Has 3+ years of back-end experience in a fast paced environment
Have a deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms and understand how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions
Care about quality and know what it means to ship high quality code.
Preferred:
+2 years of experience with front-end development
Prior experience in a customer-facing role working with high-growth technology companies.
