Role & Responsibilities:
Planning and executing customer-centered initiatives to ensure project success
Be the main point of contact with Customers, getting involved in the technical and business-related support needed for product success
Work and interact with store staff members, making sure all procedures and standards are met, detecting improvement opportunities
Training and building operational best practices
Strategically plan and define KPIs, ensuring projects exceeds customer’s expectations
Planning and executing marketing and communication initiatives in-store
Providing product feedback, UX/UI recommendations and on-the-field testing
Lead the evaluation and planning of new projects, as well as supporting our sales team
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent English and German - a must
Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Economics, Business, Engineering, Environmental Management
At least 3 years of work experience managing tech-based projects.
Tech savvy and a strong interest in environmental initiatives
Energetic and proactive mindset to continuously improve processes with exceptional attention to detail
Creative “can-do” approach to find solutions and efficiently solve daily challenges
Ability to work in a fast-paced and startup environment
Must have driver’s license
Experience working with Mobile Apps and UX/UI Teams
Network in the sustainability space and in the retail industry
Proficient in French and Spanish languages
Experience working with Data Analytics and Dashboard tools like PowerBI, Tableau. Qlik Sense. and Datastudio.
