Customer Success Manager

At Wasteless, we are helping supermarkets fight one of our planet’s most impactful sustainability and efficiency challenges — food waste. The Wasteless Solution aims to reduce food waste by dynamically pricing items with a shorter expiration date at their optimal price point, helping retailers and suppliers recapture the full value of their products. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the complete and ongoing satisfaction of our customers and work to tailor the Wasteless Solution to the unique needs of each user.

Role & Responsibilities:

Drive up-sell opportunities for Wasteless existing customers

Own the ongoing relationship with Wasteless retail and supplier customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Understand the customer value drivers in order to make recommendations to the Wasteless product team for product improvements.

Act as the first line of support for customer complaints and questions

Drive planning sessions to ensure the client is tapping into the full capabilities of the Wasteless Solution

Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years experience in technology product account management

Excellent client management and communication skills

Comfortability developing and delivering c-level presentations

Passionate about client success and customer service

Experience onboarding clients onto new technology platforms

Passionate about sustainability and food waste reduction
